Okay so there you have it ladies..You guys are so great and I soo think you deserve it.

So now on to my post for today..........................

So I mentioned in an earlier post that we recently went out to Oklahoma for our nieces wedding. We had a great time and it was so fun seeing everyone!!
My niece, Laci, was an amazingly beautiful bride and her new handsome hubby, Jeremy, seemed to make a great couple!! They asked all three of my kids to take part in their special day and of course we accepted with great honor. Hailey was the flower girl, Jarred was the miniature groom and Jake passed out bubbles and helped get the gifts to the gift table. In other words they all got dressed up in a vest, a tux, and and an amazing dress!! So of course that made this mommy go shopping for something pretty for me to wear which always brings a smile to my face..hehe
Of course I was nervous about how my little 2 yr. girl was gonna perform on this big day because I have been told by many that,
"Wow, she is such a shy little thing."..Sigh..Can you feel the start of my stress?? However on the night of the rehearsal she was all smiles and almost playing to the crowd. Whew, right?..Wrong!! Jarred was the source of my worry that night. He had the most adorable little girl to walk down the aisle with, however she was convinced that she was getting married and he was her groom!! This went over like a lead balloon. You see it seems that I am raising a group of literal Joe's here and he knows that he is WAY too young to be getting married!! So every time we would finish the practice walk through and be informed that it needed to be done 1 more time she would excitedly say..
"Yeah I just want to get married 1 more time."
And so the coaxing and prompting and yes I must say empty promises were now being made to get my 5 yr down the aisle.
So the next day came and everyone was all dressed up and ready for action...BUT, Hailey would NOT walk down the aisle by herself (No surprise there)and so I had to walk down the aisle with her...Oh yes, that made all my and I'm sure Laci's dreams come true, and Jarred was was left in the back to face his fears by himself and... he did!! He walked up the aisle without even shedding a tear!!.. Yes, he practically dragged the poor little girl up the row with him, but I say beggars can't be choosers, right?? Oh my, what a roller coaster, and my little family was just a small part of the wedding..LOL
Anyway, here are a few pics of the big day....

In honor of their wonderful day I wanted to show everyone what a gorgeous couple they are...Love you guys!!

Here are Jake, Lance (my nephew), Jarred, and Hailey all posing for the camera...

Automatic Shower Cleaner

So in honor of my Spring Cleaning approach I have purchased this new handy dandy device that is in hopes to skip the shower cleaning regiment..of in other words the lack of my shower cleaning regiment and enable my laziness in this area to continue..LOL

What is this little miracle that I speak of you ask??.....It is called......

Automatic Shower Cleaner made by Scrubbing Bubbles:

Picture of my shower with my new Best Friend.....

This baby is supposed to clean your shower by the mere push of the button and you will never have to use elbow grease again!!! Okay I know what you are thinking and no I normally don't fall for EVERY commercial that I see, but this one seems to be easy enough to just work.

I just push the button after the last shower of the day is taken and a spray is released for 12 seconds. It has a 360 degree sprayer and can shoot up to 8 feet. It is not supposed to leave spots or have a slippery residue on your shampoo bottle. I can also transfer it to either shower and get that one cleaned too..I kinda feel like I just got myself a shower maid, but not feel guilty about not tipping or not talking to her..(Cracking myself up here)

So there you have it people...I am gonna test this guy to the max. and we will seen what the results are...I'll keep you updated if my sloth like manner concerning the tub and shower can continue..LOL

BTW.. Thanks for all the advice on my de-junking idea.... The extra black trash bags have been purchased and the mission begins at daybreak tomorrow...Okay well maybe not daybreak, but at least by 10ish!!

A Clean Sweep!!

Okay so as some of you may or may not be aware of I have been slightly M.I.A....Well sorry about that, however I am now back and lets see if I can keep up with it again and get back in to the swing of things...Plus I think my Dear Trina is loosing her patience with me..hehe
Things have been pretty crazy lately. We recently traveled back to Oklahoma for my niece's wedding and we just got home last week. I will post about the details of the wedding and the trip when I have some pics to go along with the posts, because we all love little images with our stories..hehe
So now I am back and looking around my cluttered house and am ready for a change!! Anybody who knows me knows that change for me is almost a Bad Word, but I think that this time I am ready to embrace it and get going. Rusty and I are planning on doing some remodeling work to our place and I am feeling the need to simplify the task with getting rid of unwanted items. You know what I am talking about, like that pretty little knick-knack that somebody's aunt bought you that now is just a constant dust ball, or that big half broken race car set that just sits in the boys' room because you spent too much money on it just to toss it. I mean MAYBE just MAYBE they can use their imaginations and use the others parts and build a whole new track, right??..Wrong!! I mean how many empty egg cartons do I need on my refrigerator when I DON"T even own chickens?? How many McDonald toys does my children need to jog their memory of the great time they had one day last week when they opened their little bag, and after their cheeseburger was eaten and the fries devoured they found a stuffed tiger to entertain them for the next 30 mins? Or the little man at the bottom of the toy box you are pretty sure that you saw one on them playing with last week or was it the week before..Sigh...See what I mean, I could go on FOREVER!!
Bottom line..I am in the mood to de-junk this house and get ready for the renovation. Hopefully I didn't paint such a pic of my house that you are thinking that I need a mask and protective suit just to make it to the back door..LOL Just a little Spring Cleaning and a whole lot of Tossing and I will be feeling MUCH better about this little house we call our Home.
Any ideas on what works for all you blogging pals out there will not only be appreciated, but probably used to the fullest extent..HeHe
